What Does A Gluten Detection Dog Do?
Detects the presence of gluten
Alerts me clearly (paw or nose signal)
Helps prevent days of illness from accidental exposure
Restores independence in everyday life
She doesn’t just detect gluten—she gives me freedom.
Right now, every meal is a risk.
Every outing requires planning.
Every mistake has consequences.
Barley changes that.
She gives me the ability to live without fear of the unknown.
